[One Photo At A Time] – The Photo Behind The Photo

At times, a photo is a suggestion for something else.  For example, when taking a photo during sunset, I rarely take a photo of the sun setting.  I usually turn the other way since that is where the drama is happening.  Still, there is a suggestion that there is a sunset somewhere around me.  In this case, the photo of our beloved Emma being hand-muzzled is because she would regularly lose her composure (insert another word here), while growing twice her size and scaring wildlife away.

We had to do this for the sake of donkey-watching at Lake Pleasant National Park.

Well, I don’t blame her. They are so cute! I am actually known for coming back home with random animals. There was the time I went to get a small inflatable pool for the kids and came home with a cat, and the other time that I went to get buckets and came home with a horse. For a while, Tony preferred that I don’t go anywhere by myself for fear that our menagerie will grow even more.

It took me a while – and reading the comments – to know you were referring to AZ, not some Nat. Pk. I didn’t know in another country! That being said, I’m glad to know about the possibility of camping there, and another place to put my kayak on the water.

Ha, not just wild burrows running wild there 🙂 I think that camping in general is fairly safe if social distancing and all. This picture was taken a couple of years ago though when we were still able to cross the border and travel to far destinations.

We would love to hear from you!
