Clearing snow off our tall van is not fun. A regular snow brush doesn’t really do a good job of covering the area and reaching up high. We tried many things, including a broom, with mediocre results. We resigned ourselves to the fact that it’s just going to be hard to clear snow off of the van.
When JoyTutus asked us to write a product review about their long-handled snow brush, we were curious; could this brush be the solution to our problem? We do review products from time to time, whether we buy them ourselves, or receive them from a company. Regardless, we are fully committed to reviewing products that are relevant to our blog with complete honesty.
This product was very relevant and we were very happy to review it.
First impressions:
We were pleasantly surprised when the brush arrived.
It is very sturdy and consists of a pivoting brush and squeegee on one side, and an ice scraper on the other. It extends to an impressive length of 61″.
The package includes an extra blade, gloves, a towel, and a holding bag.
All we need now is some snow.
It took a few weeks but finally we did get some snow that was a substantial enough quantity to justify pulling the brush out, assembling it, and putting it to work.
Assembly and use:
Assembly was quick and smooth. The brush extends easily over the roof of the van, and the pivoting brush can be angled to the desired contour and is easy to control.
Clearing the awning was a breeze.
And the same goes for the antennae.
There was no ice buildup this time, but if there were, the ice scraper on the other end of the tool would come in very handy!
We usually have trouble cleaning the windows as most squeegees do not reach across, but we were able to clean the windows in a few swift passes.
The whole process took only a few minutes, and our van is now clean and shiny again!
I can see my short daughter cleaning her big SUV with this brush as well. Perhaps a Christmas gift? Shhh…don’t tell.
Where to buy:
To conclude our product review of the JoyTutus snow brush: we highly recommend the JoyTutus snow brush for any large vehicle. You can get your snow brush directly from the company HERE. It would make a great gift for the RVers or truckers in your life!

Looks like a great solution! I wonder if they sell in the UK.
We are very happy with it so far! It looks like they do ship to the UK.
Brilliant – I’ll check it out. The only problem is that sometimes the import duty costs more than the item!
Great produce, glad it worked well for you.
Thanks, so are we!
Looks like a good product. My husband bought me a extendable brush and scraper for getting the snow off my SUV. Makes the job so much easier as long as the snow isn’t followed by freezing rain.
Yeah, we still need to test it under harsher conditions (I hope we won’t get the opportunity), but I think that the combination of brush, squeegee, and scraper will do the job.
Looks like the solution. Yesterday, my neighbour took out a step ladder to clear the 16 cm snow from his pickup. Vehicles are so big these days, nobody can reach across. Cheers. Allan
Yeah, I’m short so I need a ladder for everything 🙂 This makes the job much easier!
that looks like a well-designed product. I’m glad it worked so well!
Yeah, it works well and gets the job done!

Interesting review. I’m not sure it will work on Tranquility’s solar panels? I need 12 feet to get to the top center of the solar arrays and solar water heater panels.
So far I’m using a roof shovel (Yardworks 16-ft Telescopic Roof Rake, 24-in (harsh blade!)) and (Garant Telescopic Scratch Free Snow Brush, 52-in) for the widows and lower parts. It would be nice to have everything in one. Can your brush be extended to 12’? Does the company provide longer extensions? Great or Trailers and Class A, B+ And C class coaches.
It extends to 61″, so probably not long enough for you. It’s great for Bs and Cs, but As may need something longer or use a ladder.
I’m waiting for the Infomercial. “And that’s not all…”???? Seriously, it does seems like a mighty handy tool. I don’t think I’ve seen a squeegee and brush on the same tool before.
But, wait! There’s more ☃️. That was my first thought when I saw that there is a squeegee and brush on the same tool. It is really useful!
It’s amazing finding all the clever ways to use a brush!
Haha, thank you!
It’s always great to discover new things that make your life easier! If you’re brushing the snow off your van, does this mean you plan on doing some winter camping?
Ha! Good observation. We are in Denver currently using the van as a daily drive. We may end up doing some winter camping, but the snow came and went, and there isn’t much more in the forecast.
Brrrr. This post made me cold! Glad I don’t have to deal with all that snow. Good luck. Muriel
It was nice and warm the next day, so don’t worry! Enjoy BC’s weather!
Great post
Thank you so much!
You are always welcome ❤️
I was glad the snow was gone the next day. This sounds like a really useful tool for cleaning the windshield. Our truck is so tall, it is hard to clean the windshield. I love the star on the front of your van!
Yeah, the snow didn’t stay for long and that was okay with us too! What do you use to clean the truck and the RV? The RV is so big, I can’t imagine you can get a brush long enough.
We have a handle that extends to 12 feet for the rig. It doesn’t work for the truck. We do have a three foot long brush and squeegee combination that we use for the truck. It isn’t really long enough.
Hopefully there won’t be too much snow!
It can snow in the mountains,I just hope we don’t get a lot here until we are gone! ????
