Thanks for the link. I’ve seen these guides before, it looks like they share the obvious attractions. Don’t get me wrong, all of these places are amazing and If you are limited in time and don’t want to do your own research, they can be useful.
Yes, I get a little overwhelmed by planning so I was thrilled for the help. We hope to see all the National Parks so with this guide we just added the Sand Dunes and we are done with Colorado for this trip. It is like a cruise ship vacation…see the general highlights and then go back to the places on your own that looked interesting?
You will love it! All of these places are incredibly beautiful! On this trip we are basically staying put in Denver, but we visited the parks on previous trips. Be carefull driving in the mountains, especially on I-70!
That’s very true. We are a bit sunset deprived as the farm we lived on was shrouded in very tall trees and sunsets were a rarity. When we decided to move one of my conditions for the new place was visible sunsets. Have a wonderful day ????
You may remember that I recently visited my brother in Aurora, suburb of Denver. I don’t know if you saw them when you were out that way, but I’d recommend taking in the Red Rocks area (not far away) if you ever come back. I know from previous posts that you’re into geology.
We are still in Denver (on the border of Denver/Aurora). We did go to the Red Rocks and it’s gorgeous. This whole province is just beautiful and there is so much to see and do!
Beautiful shot. Thanks for sharing. Allan
Thanks, Allan. Have a wonderful day!
We also have an upcoming Colorado trip and are using this guide: https://rvlifestyle.myshopify.com/products/colorado-rv-adventure-guide

Thanks! Enjoy!
Absolutely stunning!
Thank you, Linda!
What a gorgeous sunset. Love the sunflower in the scene.
Thank you! It was a beautiful evening.
What a perfectly gorgeous photo.
Thank you ❤️
Every part of the world offers a unique take on a sunset…all are spectacular, with? Thanks for sending!

One thing I like about sunsets is the that very exact sunset is a sunrise somewhere totally different. But at the same time your sun is also my sun.
So very true. Next time I watch the sunset, I will imagine your sunrise!
Gorgeous photo anchored by that sunflower! And that sunset is truly something!
It was one of those golden hour magic moments ????
Beautiful photo!
Thank you!
A very warm, almost-glowing photo that captures the essence of an eternal summer. Wonderful!
This heatwave certainly feels eternal!
The sun may be setting,
And the bugs may be bedding,
But the mosquitos are getting
Ready to do some blood letting!
😉
Ain’t that the truth ????
a canvas offered by mother nature for you to capture—to which you have done well. mountable on any wall.
Thank you! It is all around us!
Amazing!
Thank you!
Lovely! We are in Alaska now. We have to stay up too late to see sunsets. I miss the beautiful ones we used to see in the southwest.
Oh, amazing! our Alaska trip was foiled by Covid ????. Have fun!
Lovely capture. It’s all about enjoying the simple things in life.
Exactly! Have a great day!
Good shot! Though it could anywhere but Denver 🙂
Thanks. Denver back yard to be exact.
